Delivery Policy

Lemmy Beverages provides local home delivery of bottled beverages in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.

Customers may select recurring deliveries weekly, every other week, or monthly.

Scheduled deliveries take place on Tuesdays. Monthly subscriptions are scheduled for the first Tuesday of the month.

Our service area is local. Delivery availability for a particular address is subject to confirmation when customer enrollment is reviewed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

A change to a different delivery address requires approval before it becomes effective.

Changes affecting an upcoming Tuesday delivery must be completed before Thursday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time in the preceding week.

Orders and deliveries already committed may remain scheduled despite later subscription changes.

If we encounter a delivery problem or cannot complete a delivery as planned, we will work with the customer to determine the appropriate resolution.
